Your scans stay on your device

Orbitrove 3D reconstructs small objects using the videos or photographs you choose. Images, extracted frames, camera geometry, 3D models and optimization checkpoints are processed and stored on your device. We do not automatically upload these files. The app does not require an account and contains no advertising or analytics SDK in this Google Play build.

Camera and files

Camera access is used only for the optional in-app photo capture feature. Recording a video opens your chosen camera app. The system file picker grants access to the files you choose; Orbitrove does not request access to your entire media library. Importing SPZ or PLY files copies them into the app's local library. Exporting or sharing saves a file to your chosen location or sends it to the app you select. Those services apply their own privacy policies.

Optional diagnostic uploads

In advanced mode, you may choose to send a diagnostic report to Darvin's diagnostic server over HTTPS after reviewing a confirmation. Reports include device model and chip, Android and app versions, timestamps, reconstruction settings, performance measurements, errors and local diagnostic paths or generated session identifiers. They exclude photo/video files, models and checkpoints. The server also receives your IP address and may retain it in operational access logs. We use reports only to investigate technical problems and improve reliability. There is no automatic upload, advertising tracking or sale of this data.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you delete it, clear app storage or uninstall. Deleting one work does not delete its source media, optimization checkpoints or copies you exported. The diagnostic server retains a rotating collection of up to 200 reports, capped at 512 MiB; older reports are removed as that limit is reached. There is no fixed expiry time for a report. To request deletion of an uploaded report, email shudal@qq.com with its receipt. We use the receipt to locate the report. Server access logs are managed separately for service operation and security.

Your choices

You can use reconstruction and viewing without uploading diagnostics. You may revoke camera access and granted document access through Android settings. We do not collect account credentials, contacts, precise location or advertising identifiers. This app is a creative tool for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.

相机与文件

相机权限仅用于可选的应用内照片拍摄；录像会打开您选择的相机应用。系统文件选择器仅授予对您所选文件的访问权限，本应用不要求读取整个媒体库。导入 SPZ 或 PLY 会将文件复制到本地作品库。导出或分享时，文件会保存到您选择的位置，或交给您选择的应用；相应服务适用其自身隐私政策。

自愿上传诊断日志

在高级模式中，您可以阅读确认提示后，主动通过 HTTPS 将诊断报告发送至 Darvin 的诊断服务器。报告包含设备型号与芯片、Android 和应用版本、时间、重建设置、性能数据、错误信息，以及本地诊断路径或自动生成的素材记录标识。不包含照片、视频、模型或检查点文件。服务器也会接收您的 IP 地址，并可能将其保存在运行访问日志中。报告仅用于排查技术问题和改善稳定性，不会自动上传、不用于广告跟踪，也不出售这些数据。

保存与删除

本地数据保留至您删除、清除应用数据或卸载应用。删除单件作品不会删除原素材、优化检查点或已导出的副本。诊断服务器滚动保留最多 200 份、总计不超过 512 MiB 的报告，达到上限后清理较早报告；报告没有固定到期时间。如需删除已上传报告，请将上传回执发送至 shudal@qq.com，以便定位。服务器访问日志另行用于服务运行及安全管理。

您的选择

您不上传诊断日志也能重建和查看作品。可在 Android 设置中撤销相机权限和已授予的文件访问权限。本应用不收集账号密码、联系人、精确位置或广告标识符。本应用面向一般创作爱好者，不专门面向 13 岁以下儿童。
